Welcome to Stylo ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific features or services provided by Stylo. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or impair the functionality of the App or Services.
Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements when using the Services.

4. Appointments and Payments

Bookings: The Services allow you to book appointments with businesses listed on the App. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking appointments, including the date, time, and service you wish to book.
Payments: Stylo does not process or collect payments on behalf of businesses. Any payments for services booked through the App are made directly to the business (e.g., salon, barber, or other service provider) according to their own payment terms and policies. Stylo is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or disputes related to payments.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Each business listed on the App may have its own policies for cancellations and refunds. You agree to review and comply with these policies when making bookings. Stylo is not responsible for any disputes related to cancellations or refunds.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the App.
Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes, including advertising or selling products or services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are the property of Stylo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Stylo. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of these third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that Stylo is not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylo and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stylo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you agree to stop using the Services.

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Services after the changes are made will signify your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States and the State of Florida.
